This role partners with agency stakeholders across all levels to define, implement, and continuously improve performance KPIs while managing and optimizing a suite of technical tools that support organizational measurement and reporting goals.
Job Summary
•Define and document KPI frameworks aligned with grant objectives and agency performance standards
•Influence and align stakeholders across executive and individual contributor levels to adopt measurement practices, even under capacity constraints
•Implement and configure Amplitude to support website analytics and digital performance tracking
•Manage backend administration of Zendesk instances, including configuration, optimization, and ongoing improvements
•Support data engineering, reporting, and visualization efforts using tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms
•Collaborate with the team to publish and communicate grant objectives and agency self-measurement benchmarks
•Identify opportunities to improve KPI outcomes using the client's growing suite of technology tools
Minimum Requirements:
•8-15 years of experience in a relevant analytical, technical, or strategy role
•Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams
•Hands-on experience implementing Amplitude or similar digital analytics platforms
•Backend administration experience managing one or more Zendesk instances
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in data engineering, web development, or business intelligence tooling such as Tableau
•Prior work in a public-sector, government, or agency environment
•Familiarity with grant reporting requirements or government performance measurement frameworks
•Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
