QA Analyst are individuals who focus on Quality Assurance in the workplace and test out various aspects of it. This kind of position is responsible for measuring and testing software solutions and will ensure that all needs are met for the company, which is why many product-centered companies look to hire QA Analysts.
A QA Analyst would needs to create a test plan and then execute it. In the process of executing it, they would ensure that all objectives are met and see that the solution works as it should. If there are any issues, they would need to define the issues and help with creating a solution. They would test all aspects of a solution program including the database portion of the program to ensure that the two are communicating as they should.
You will find that most people within this field have a degree in IT or a similar study. It is not a requirement, however, especially if they have extensive experience in this position and with various solution programs. The right individual would have a basic knowledge of common programs and would be able to learn new ones very quickly. They would need to have creative problem solving skills and think outside of the box.
