Submit your referral
Simply fill out the referral form below and we’ll add your referral to our exclusive network of top-tier talent. *Side note: Resume submission is not required but highly recommended.
Connecting
After submitting your referral, a Mondo Rep or Technical Recruiter will be in contact with your referral directly to follow up for a resume, additional information, and opportunities that may be fit for their interests and skillsets!
Make. That. Money!
If your referral is placed in a contract or permanent position through Mondo AND remains employed/active for 90 days, Mondo will send you $1,000.* Yes, that’s THREE zeros after that 1.
For as long as you meet the criteria to be eligible for the referral program (again, see above qualifications) there is NO LIMIT to how many referrals you can send us. So go nuts!
*A referred consultant must be successfully hired through Mondo, and perform work for a minimum of 90 days of employment, for the referrer to be eligible for the $1,000.00 referral compensation. The referrer must be actively employed with Mondo or working actively in a permanent placement in order to be eligible for the $1,000.00 payment. The referral compensation is subject to the applicable State tax of the referrer.
